The theme is designed to address innovations that help us to maintain and improve transportation system service levels in an era of constrained funding and limited resources. In line with that theme, there will be sessions on transportation growth management, getting more capacity out of existing infrastructure, smart infrastructure investments, as well as long life and recycled materials. We have recruited nationally recognized keynote speakers to address these topics.
